Grief is my life’s work. I am very passionate about naming it and normalizing it. Grief is not something to be avoided or suppressed; it's something we must face and work through. It’s not something to move on from, but something we move forward with, finding both healing and joy along the way.

Your Grief Bestie

I’m for the Moms. As a motherless mom, I know the unique challenges of navigating motherhood while carrying the weight of loss. I am here to create a space where you can feel your feels, heal, and be seen. Too often, as mothers, we put everyone else first and neglect our own needs, especially when it comes to our grief. But you deserve the time and care to honor your emotions.
